What is the 'First Generation Sock'? Our First Generation Sock is our prototype sock. The sock is 95% complete. We made a few changes such as more padding over the toe and heel along with a few other structural improvements.

Do you have a guarantee? Of course, we have an unconditional CareRemote money back guarantee on every sock that we sell. If our sock is defective we'll send out 2 pairs to replace the sock. 

Are your socks compliant with local laws? Yes, our socks are manufactured in our clean chemical processing facilities. The socks are CA Proposition-65 compliant.

Is your fabric and weave proprietary? Yes, they are proprietary. 

Can I use them for any activity? We've tested our socks under a variety of conditions. We've tested them with tennis players, pedal bikers, firefighters, police officers, retail workers, restaurant workers, construction workers, basketball players, cowboy boot wearers, trail runners, marathon runners, military, diabetics, fly fisherman, skiers, snowboarders seniors, and more. 

What size should I get? Measure your size according to your shoe size. If you are in between sizes go down to the lower size. There is a size chart on our website. If you have any questions just reach out and we'll help out. 

If you have large calves go up to the next size. 

Do you have compression socks? Compression socks are one of our most popular socks. We have 10-12, 18-20 and a 20-30 mmHg zipper sock. The 10-12 mmHg works well for people on their feet all day like firefighters, restaurant workers, gardners, construction workers etc.

What is your return/refund policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

If our product is defective we will send out 2 pairs to you. You also have the choice of getting a refund. 

If you're not happy with the product for any reason, we'll refund your money. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email with your order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. We're not taking exchanges at this time. Keep the item and we'll send out the replacement.
